"Cleanliness of the room was spot on, comfortable bed. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful, all staff in bar/restaurant always with a smile and helped to our needs. Cleaners was lovely and say good morning with a smile. This hotel made my mother and myself very comfortable throughout our 2 nights stay. Car park is a little pricey but it's very secure."

"Nice hotel, dated but functional and clean. It is in a good location near the pleasure beach and shops, cafes etc. great breakfast cafe on the same street. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Excellent value for the room rate."

"God standard hotel, morgenmaden var dog kaotisk, for mange mennesker og dårligt indrettet med buffet."

"Very beautiful and well maintained with love, very kind people who left us our privacy which I find an essential. Superb stay."

"Was very clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming"

"Very convenient for Pleasure Beach (5mins walk) Friendly host Room sufficient for 1 person but very tight bathroom as shower and toilet in same room were v close to each other with a sink outside in the room. A little awkward for men needing a shave. Good amount of toiletries, towels and coat hangers Kettle and coffee/tea provided Breakfast if wanted served at 9am."

"Lovely friendly hosts, large comfortable bedroom, great location for all amenities of Blackpool, we will be back"

"I just felt at home... not much more to say. Im really bad with names but the landlady was so lovely, welcoming, helpful and informative. Fair enough, the place has a few smalls quirks, but its completely forgivable... homely, nostalgic and peaceful, I personally had a perfect stay."

"It was great a stay, the owner was really nice and everywhere was spotless. Thanks for a great time!"

"I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value."
