"We entered our room to find one of the two beds with an old sheet that was straightened up, the bathroom was filthy, had blood under the toilet seat, shower had lots of hair in it, and the floor was filthy. We opened the fridge to find the previous occupants food left in there. The lady at the counter was kind and tried to do her best. They refused a refund, will not stay again"

I had an excellent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham San Antonio! The price was excellent, and I booked through Expedia. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy — 5/5.
The room had 2 queen beds and was very clean. I liked that it also had 2 chairs and a table, which was a nice plus. The bathroom and shower were very clean and in great condition. I give the room 4.5/5.
Pro tip: I always travel with a Fire Stick, so I can turn the hotel TV into my own personalized smart TV...

"Property location was right by a main road so it was easy to find, but the main road was noisy all night with loud vehicles racing and spinning tires. WiFi worked well once I was able to get the password from the staff ( was not included in the check-in procedure). There is no restaurant or kitchen that prepares meals in the establishment. The kitchen area in the suites is useful to make small meals. The refrigerator is the most useful appliance provided.

"It was clean, front desk team is great, only issue was trying to order breakfast for the next day it had been a long day traveling the order form is a little confusing we tried to call in the order and that was a waste of a call the lady on the phone just said we are closed and this was hours before the midnight cut off time listed on the menu."
