"Very clean "

"We were disappointed with our stay due to multiple problems. Check-in was super frustrating, we never received the expected text for mobile check-in, and when I got through on the phone they told me you can only check in through text. They can’t do it over the phone, which makes no sense in a mountain town where cell service is spotty. It took almost half an hour to get the text then go through their online system to finally get another text with the code. A creek was actively flowing directly...

"Cabin was cute and fit the 8 of us perfectly. Nice kitchen as we cooked and large table we all ate at. Beds were comfortable. We also used barbecue. Great fireplace… bring wood! Large Family room where we played games. Overall we had a blast and i’d recommend to come stay. They also had a restaurant on grounds. And to add we were walking distance from the Village."

"Small property just off main highway. Small cabins and rooms. Nice meadows to walk and close to the lake. "

"Simple but great place. Units are sparce but well decorated. Staff is helpful if you need anything. Heater worked very well. Would recommend. "

"The room did not have a lot of amenities. Some basic necessities, such as an iron, an ironing board, and a coffee maker were not included in our room. The bed was very unstable and shifted when someone sat down or lay down in the bed. The ground at the foot of the stairs was dangerously uneven and with the puddles of water and snow, it was very dangerous. The lobby area had an unpleasant odor. It could’ve used air freshener and maybe some fresh flowers. For the cost of the room, I would’ve...

"Qaint and highly recommended. Every cottage has its own style and decor - I stayed in Joe’s Tavern. Beds are amazing, the area quiet. The patio perfect - and there are barbecued on site for you to use. Only thing missing, really, is a stove/range in the kitchen."

"Hotel has been upgraded and right on the water. Your views are of the lake. You’re just blocks away from the Village, where all the shops and restaurants are and you could walk it."

"The room was dirty, felt uncomfortable sitting on anything or walking without shoes on. The door has clearly been broken into and was poorly fixed. Using the keypad lock is not ideal when the door needs to be fixed and it cannot lock properly. Also there's no extra locks or latches to lock the door."

"The rooms were really large. We had a pleasant stay. I would say that it might be in walking distance to both the village and a little further to Snow Summit."

"I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Horizon Lodge. The location was infested with rats, and they had gotten into our food, leaving bites and feces everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite not staying there after the first night, the owner refused to provide a refund and simply didn't care for customer safety. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues. I want to inform others so they can make an informed decision before booking here....

"Staff accomadated for the situation I was dealing with from a previous bad experience with another rental….was very friendly and quick to respond. I felt valued and appreciated. Cabin was clean and perfect for our needs."

"Clean rooms and a stream line process. This location is close to everything. We stay at this establishment every year and love it. We will definitely continue being a customer. "
