The Pink Pearl - Top Floor Beachfront Boho Condo with Community Pool!

Welcome to The Pink Pearl! If you want the best views on the beach, this is it! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the top floor will be sure to please. Take in the best unobstructed views of the beach and ocean while you sip a cold drink on the deck. You will appreciate everything this stylish condo has to offer. You'll love the convenience of getting to the beach, as the beach access is directly under the unit on the first floor. If you want to take a break from the sand, the community pool is located just a short walk away. After you've enjoyed the day in the sun, relax on the couch and watch cable tv or a movie on the 50" smart Roku tv in the living room. You will sleep like a baby on the 12" memory foam king mattress in master bedroom, and the two 10" memory foam mattresses in guest room. You can also watch cable tv in the master bedroom, and the guest bedroom offers streaming service on the 32" smart Roku tv. If you want to cook up some food, you'll have a Frigidaire refrigerator and 5 burner stove. The bathrooms have been tastefully updated as well. Come enjoy your vacation in style at The Pink Pearl! *3rd floor walkup with no elevator.

We stayed at the Pink Pearl in August and I've been thinking about it ever since! The location was perfect. The view from the balcony was incredible. We loved that the beach was literally steps away and appreciated the beach chairs. We used them every day! The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! Highly recommend for a relaxing week.

My boyfriend and I celebrated 5 years together at The Pink Pearl, and we both felt it was our favorite beach trip to date. The views are just as described, breathtaking! Falling asleep and waking up to the ocean sounds and views from bed was an unforgettable experience! The small on suite bathroom and shower did not bother us, the water was hot and the pressure was good, so we were happy. The stairs gave us a bit of a workout, but they aren't too bad. We are in our 40s with no issues, but those with mobility issues probably would struggle. If you're looking for a peaceful, laid back, serene, quiet vacation, you won't be disappointed. We ate at Splash by the Sea, which was good, but Sears Landing in Surf City was the treasure for seafood. Quaint place on the sound, amazing food. Overall, we can't wait to come back.

Beautiful view

Accurate pictures. Beautiful view. No elevator, but an easy climb. Since there is not really a family table, I wish there were dinner trays to set up. Also, we stayed 4 nights & there were only 2 DW tabs, and no bath soap/body wash. Had to make a few trips back to grocery store. Master shower is so small, we didn’t even use it Overall great place, just minor changes would have made it a better experience.

Relaxing getaway

Spent a long weekend at this amazing property. Million dollar views, no question. Enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning with our cups of coffee. Easy access and quiet complex. Owner delivered excellent communication throughout the process from booking until check out. Highly recommend this property.

Percect Getaway

Chris's little spot on the beach is comfortable, easy to get to, and well accommodated for a casual vacation. We enjoyed a quiet and safe couple days of tropical storm, and the main office crew got entire beach access docks and staircases replaced within 48 hours. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in, there is plenty of extra blankets, the AC works well, and the main shower tub is spacious as well as good quality water. We highly recommend- just get ready for the workout bringing your stuff up and down the staircases!

Great location - recently renovated

Very nice decor - very comfortable beds. The living room couches were covered in nice comforters that made it very cozy. The view is great - so close to the water and the sounds of the waves. The sliding door window to the balcony could use some curtains that could support using the sofa-bed for sleeping.

Beautiful location and immaculate cpndo

Had a wonderful time at the Pink Pearl! Condo is right on the ocean with amazing views. Recently renovated inside, comfortable furniture and beds. As listing says, have to walk up stairs (no elevator) and as other reviews say the master shower is small but is no problem. Had a great stay!!

Beautifully decorated and amazing view!

Unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. King bed was very comfortable and loved that the balcony was off the master bedroom and living area. The view from the 3rd floor was amazing. Beach access was very close too. Master bathroom was tight, but having a second bathroom was nice.

Weekend stay in N Topsail

We loved the weekend stay at this property and would return again. The condo property overall on the outside is dated, but very clean and well maintained. There's not an elevator, so it would be a challenge for someone not used to stairs. When you enter the condo you'll forget about the outside being dated. The upgrades in the unit make up for anything you might have questions about on the outside. The view from the kitchen window will give you a great view of the marsh, and when you turn around to look out the back porch sliding glass door; you'll have a fantastic view of the ocean. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable. Our sons were very comfortable in their beds, and the master bed was comfortable as well. If there were any recommendations it would be to change out the shower head in the master bathroom. It needs to be more focused spray because it's a tight shower space. Other than that, we'll be back new shower head or not.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Excellent stay! Very comfortable and clean. Only thing I can be critical about is that the master bath and shower are very small, but I am also 6'5". So it would be fine for most guests. Had a great and relaxing time...and Chris was a great host...very nice and always responsive. I definitely recommend this property.

Exactly what needed!

This brightly and pleasingly decorated condo was just what we were looking for! The views did not disappoint with dolphins, shells, birds, and shrimp boats in abundance. The kitchen was thoughtfully appointed, and the beds extremely comfy. The weather was just about perfect—we left feeling rejuvenated and healed. Highly recommend this condo.

Nice place

The location of the condo was great. It was nicely appointed and very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars except there were some small bugs in one of the bathrooms. Also the bathroom in the primary bedroom is quite small. Overall I would recommend this condo.

Best view and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Dunes and The Pink Pearl. What a lovely and inviting space! The view is amazing! We had dinner on the balcony several nights with the ocean at our feet. The convenience to the beach was tops! Loved the decor and the clean feel of the space. Can’t wait til next time!

Awesome place!

The Pearl was a great place to spend the week. It was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and you cannot beat the view of the ocean! Hoping to be back again next summer :)

Excellent vacation

The Pink Pearl was wonderful! The views were absolutely amazing, the condo was clean and well kept. We loved that there was no clutter! The kitchen could use a few more items (mixing bowls, newer blender, etc), but otherwise well stocked. The A/C went out unfortunately but Chris was great to work with! Excellent and prompt communication.
