"Awesome stay, everything was easy for the check in process, much different than the usual talk to someone and get the key process. Instead, you’re giving detailed instructions and everything’s quick and easy. Amazed how equipped the rooms are and the kitchen has lots of supplies or cooking utensils. I didn’t know the island was hit with a king tidal wave that a lot of decks were under construction and the indoor pool was impacted from a storm that it wasn’t open while we were there. If the place...

"Overall, our stay was decent, but the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. When we first arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests, so we were moved to another unit across from the beach. While that location was nice, the air conditioning was not working properly, and after dealing with that issue we were moved back again. Having to relocate twice after a long day of travel was very inconvenient and took away from the relaxing start we were hoping for.I will...

"Total cost of accommodations felt overpriced for location and current condition of condo. Bedroom three is only best for young children. Be aware it is a twin bunk bed with trundle. Family room furnishing are worn and couch life is being extended by plywood under cushions. Building 1 of the resort is not close to the main pool, so transitioning from the ocean to the pool is not overly convenient.Hide tide in this area takes up the whole beach, so be sure to take advantage of low tide and...

"The views are what this unit has going for it. It is very dated and needs new furniture and a remodel. Kitchen supplies are a mixture of random things. We found most things we needed but they’re still using Teflon pans, etc. I will never understand only having a few trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, etc. The AC couldn’t seem to keep up, we kept it no lower than what the instructions suggested, but we were all very hot at night! Overall, it was an acceptable stay, not luxurious by any means....

"This property is great for beach access, but no ramp to the beach, making wagons and coolers a difficult challenge for entry. There was supposed to be beach access from the pool, but I’m not sure if it is a ramp or steps. We didn’t use the pool. The same for the distance and stairs to the 4 floors. There was an elevator, but not marked at all with signage on site, so it took us awhile to find it! Even then, there was a tremendous amount of walking around the decking to the rooms. The double...

"This property was great! I didn't give excellent rating because I think there's always ways for improvement. That being said, this was the cleanest place we had stayed in quite awhile. I know people love their pets, but I appreciated the no pet policy. I think that helps with the cleanliness. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Information in the room folder was so easy to understand. Our host was phenomenal. If we ever go back, we will definitely book with her again. Our room had a...
