We invite you to come enjoy this cozy beach front condo with gorgeous ocean views! Sip a freshly brewed coffee drink from the Nespresso Bar (complete with milk frother, syrups, & pods to get you started) out on the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Walk for miles down Topsail Island's shoreline taking in the salty air and sunshine. Search for shark teeth and treasures on the beach and dolphins playing in the surf.

Beach access is unavailable during high tide at the moment (the beach changes rapidly), the public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access

Quiet beach stay

Cute small condo right on the water. Beach was not crowded. Balcony right over the water was very fun. Very few resteraunts or other amenties within walking distance which was ok because we made most meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Unfortunately we never saw any dolphins.

The view from the living room is great.

The best thing about this condo is Alan the manager, owner, etc. He was available and responded to questions ASAP. While the condo is on the third floor and one had to climb stairs to get to it, we were able to find some wonderful young men who helped us with our food and luggage. Nonetheless, two beyond middle-aged women made going up and down the stairs their daily exercise. We thought the access to the beach, the friendliness of residents and renters and the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean compensated for those stairs!!

Beach Getaway

Overall it was a great experience. The condo was clean. I was a bit concerned about the coolness as the property has 2 window units, but they work hard to keep the place nice and cool. One catch, the properly is TRULY ocean front. There is no beach at high tide as the water comes up to the sandbags on the beach. You have to plan your beach time, but otherwise it’s excellent!

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

My husband and I booked for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was not overcrowded and we loved dolphin watching from the balcony! The condo was clean and exactly as we expected per the online discription and pictures. Alan was extremely helpful and made the entire process so easy and stress free - he even checked in halfway through the stay to ensure we were happy and provided a dinner recommendation just in time for us not to have to make a decision (which this momma of 2 toddlers TRULY appreciated on her kid free getaway). HIGHLY recommend and will definitely keep on our list to return too!

Great view and quiet area

Property is a little dated and showing some age. Condo was a bit smaller than anticipated but fine for 2 adults. No dishwasher. Musty smell in the condo. Kitchen has the basics to cook. Verizon phones and internet went out quite a bit. Main TV was nice - could not get the BR TV to work. Excellent check-in/out. Great communication with the owners. Awesome views and a great place to walk. Places to eat are 7-10 min away. Surf City is 25 min. Good value and congruent with the price per night.

Total Relaxation

A lovely place to stay right on the Atlantic Ocean on North Topsail Island. This little condo was the perfect size and place for my daughter and I to getaway. It is charming, with a kitchen that has all of the necessary equipment for us to cook our gourmet meals, rise to morning coffee with the view of the beautiful Atlantic ocean. It was quiet with the sound of the waves so we could completely unwind. I recommend this lovely little condo that can sleep four but was perfect for just the two of us.

Loved our weekend getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Couch was comfy and the bed slept very well. I really enjoyed our stay and watching the dolphins swimming from the balcony.

Amazing host!

Condo wasn’t clean when we first arrived. We called the host who answered immediately and gave us $75 refund for a dinner! He was even nice enough to let us stay a couple hours later than the check out time, I would definitely go again!

Last summer getaway

We had the best time. Everything we needed in a vacation rental for 3 and had great communication with Alan the owner. They even suggested a place for dinner one night, checking to make sure we had everything we needed and if we were comfortable. Beautiful views, quick walk to the sound, minutes from surf city. Couldn’t ask for a better place for myself, husband and teen daughter. If you’re in need of an elevator to get upstairs to the rental, this isn’t for you. But if you don’t mind a couple flights of stairs this is your place. Between walking the beach and climbing the stairs I’m not needing to head to the gym for a few days after our vacation. Like I said PERFECT for us and we will go back.

Pretty and comfortable

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and everything was wonderful! Good beach chairs to use which was great. Cooked a bit and had everything we needed for a nice comfortable stay. Alan was accommodating and great to work with! Highly recommend!

Spectacular sunsets.

We had unbelievable ocean view with seagulls, pelicans and dolphins. Even in winter, this is the place to refresh your Vitamin Sea.

Superb!

We could not have asked for a better experience or place to stay ! My 4yr old and 1.5yr old just loved the bunk bed nook and balcony, along with the Disney+ app available on the TV . Loved being able to just walk right out to the beach and set up for the day. Alan was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay . When we arrived , housekeeping had forgotten to put sheets on the bunks but a quick text to Alan and they were here within 5 minutes . He then called just to make sure we didn’t need anything else . so nice ! The kitchen had anything and everything we needed. The place is updated and decorated beautifully and the king bed is super comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back !

Great location but no basic necessities for apartment

The view and location was amazing and why we enjoyed our vacation. When we arrived there were no sheets for the bunk beds for the kids. The owner took our call and sent the housekeeper over to unlock the linen closet. She handed us sheets and we had to make the beds ourselves. We stayed for 8 days 7 nights and were given 1 towel each. When asked for a second set of towels to switch (the owner was on the phone with me at the time and said to give us more). She handed us 2 towels and said we would have to use the coin operated machines if we wanted more. She then locked the closet with clean towels and sheets and left. There were no beach towels, hand soap, trash bags for the trash cans, or anything to clean the kitchen counters. The owner told us that the listing says no beach towels in the listing under finer points. We went back and found that area but didn't see it before. I understand it was listed but we received multiple emails about the coffee maker and the kinds of pods to bring for it. I wish they had just included something about making sure you bring your beach towels. Overall, it served its purpose but I would be happier with a standard coffee maker and not have to spend my time shopping for basic necessities and washing our bath towels.

Beautiful view

I booked my stay at this property because of the view. It was absolutely breathtaking. The condo is perfect and exactly like the pictures. Great condo

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo had the amenities described and was maintained well and clean. For guests not yet stayed: At high tide there is no beach to walk on in front of the condo, you’ll have to wait until low tide or enter at another beach access point. There are sandbags lined up to control the tide. Not the prettiest site however if you go to another beach access point, the beach and water are beautiful! The Tiki Bar across from the condo is a nice place to visit and folks there are very nice to talk to. There’s volleyball and cornhole to play there as well. It was a nice getaway for my husband and I.

Much needed BEACH getaway!

Perfect size condo with all the amenities! Quiet with a beautiful view. We spent hours each day sitting on the beach, treasure hunting for shells and enjoying the crashing of the waves!

Spring Break Getaway

We had a great time. The condo was great and exactly as described! Super comfortable furnishings and an amazing view. It was a little chilly during the time of the year we visited but the fireplace in the condo was just enough to knock the chill off to make it comfortable. The course do was super clean and nicely remodeled!! Alan was great and easy to reach even though we didn’t have any issues. I have already referred this VRBO rental to family!!!! Thanks for a great time and quality get away!!!! PS biggest shells I have ever found !!!!!!
