Greet every sunrise and sunset from one of the two panoramic oceanfront decks! Or, luxuriate alone in the primary bedroom suite with a nice long soak in the freestanding spa tub at the edge of the ocean waves. Your water escape is right here, with something for the entire family. A generous great room merges with the sea from every window. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. Transitional styling and artwork throughout elevate the experience. The Great Room has plenty of seating and dining options for everyone. Teenagers and college kids will love the indoor-outdoor game room on ground level, where they can play ping pong and putt golf balls as casually as they want in sandy feet and swim suits.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 

Ground Level:
Private Drive with loose sand base.
Outdoor shower. Indoor-outdoor game room: ping pong table, foosball, putting range, beach chairs. 
Indoor Bathroom with step-in shower, single vanity, toilet. 

Tidal events may cause water to enter game room area - sandbags are currently placed on the beach. Approach is limited to 4WD at immediate front door area of house during tidal events. Low clearance vehicles may have to park on cul-de-sac hardscape about 50 steps from front door. 

Level 2:
King and Queen Suites share access to oceanfront porch.
Guest Bedroom Suite 1: twin over full bunk bed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite access to Jack N Jill Bathroom.
Jack N Jill Bath: beautiful jacuzzi tub, shower stall, single vanity with extra counter space, toilet.
Guest Bedroom Suite 2: king size bed, TV, ensuite access to Jack N Jill bath. Ensuite access to covered deck with stairs down to the sandy beach.
Guest Bedroom Suite 3: queen-size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, ensuite access to covered deck with stairs down to the sandy beach. 
Queen Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, single vanity with extra counter space, toilet. 

Level 3:
Bathroom: stand up shower, single vanity, toilet.
Kitchen: Double stainless farmhouse sink with pull spray faucet, wine fridge, electric range, convection microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, drink cart.
Dining: Traditional dining table seats 8
Living Room: Large leather sectional, side chairs, large screen TV, Ceiling fan, slider doors to full width sun deck. Convertible twin sleeper ottoman.
Sun Deck: Adirondack pub chairs for 4, outdoor dining table for 6, extra side chairs.

Level 4:
Primary Bedroom Suite: King bed, convertible twin sleeper ottoman, swivel side chair, ceiling fan, wall mount Smart TV, ensuite bathroom.
Ensuite Bath: Oceanfront spa window, freestanding soaker tub, custom tile shower, granite trench sink, toilet.
Guest Bedroom Suite 4: full over full bunk beds, baby crib, TV

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit. 

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. Your first pet is included in the price. A second dog is allowed with additional payment.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
