"Home was very clean, nicely decorated, and close to Sparta and Cookeville. Plenty of room for two, and although very cold the night we arrived, the host had the home warm and toasty when we arrived, and it was welcomed. Everything you need and quiet. We had planned to leave a day earlier but after seeing the sights we wanted to explore a little more. Messaged the host through the site and she sent a form for the additional night at the price when rented. Very good communication with the host....

Gina was very responsive; the house was great and beautifully decorated for Christmas; and the hot tub, game room, and outdoor sports areas were greatly enjoyed by all! There were plenty of dishes, towels, and cookware (which has been lacking in other rentals I've stayed in) - it really lacked for nothing! It was the perfect place to gather the family from various sites for our Christmas celebration!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was a perfect landing spot for us. Spacious for a family of 6. The hosts were super quick to help with an AC issue we had. We enjoyed the secluded location - there is another house right next to the cabin, but they were super quiet, respectful, and kind. We would book this cabin again! "
