"This is a rustic cabin but served our needs. Bring your own shampoo and soap. The bed is difficult for 2 people if you need to get up in the night. We found it chilly at night but the staff responded very quickly when we requested a space heater. "

"The unit itself was great but the time of year and weather conditions made the unit cold for old people. It has a heat pump but it just couldn’t heat the unit. An additional small electric heat helped when we were at the table eating or playing cards. The hosts were excellent and certainly exceeded our requests for additional utensils and supplies. "Hubbard’s is such a great little area and the beach is beautiful. I come here every summer and have stayed in most of these cottages. Cottage had everything you need, lots of towels, extra blankets, water cooler, etc. Staff is extremely friendly at check in, garbage pickup, and all the restaurants. Our cottage had a beautiful view of the pond and ocean, a good sized deck with barbecue, a nice lawn area for activities, and space for parking.
