"The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The owners were welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy. The area is very quiet.the ac had a remote that was easy to use. The bed was comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily. They offered to help with the baggage when checking in and out. Not necessarily something i didn't like but things that could've been better; house keeping is every other day and there's only 1 small trash can in the room. "The Palms is a clean hotel located right on the Caribbean not too far from Christiansted. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has some extra features like free snorkling equipment. Two special things characterize the hotel: extremely friendly management and staff who go out of their way to help you and a lot of arranged activities. You get the feeling that this is more than a hotel, but also a gathering place for many on and off the island."

"This property is almost to the end of the island on the east end. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff could not be nicer. The food at the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, particularly for a hotel/resort restaurant. The rooms are beautiful, bright and airy. The view is spectacular. We will visit again."
