"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

The hotel is outdated and the buildings are actually in such a bad condition that they should not been use as a hotelany more.Normally I accept things are notperfect when we talk a cheaper hotel but they actually charge you a good price so you can expect...
