"The property is situated next to all the local amenities and it's just few steps away from the Great Bay Beach. Andrae made me feel right at home."

"The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down...

"The apartment had everything I needed for a nice stay. The place was clean and the wifi and AC worked well. The host was was one of the most caring I've come across. I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony that overlooks the ocean. "

"This is an amazing property, centrally located so you're 15 minutes from anything of interest. They make a delicious breakfast and the house is maintained at a reasonable tempurature throughout the day. The hosts communication and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. Will definitely book again!"

"Kind owner/host lives upstairs, is a taxi driver too. Well supplied space with fairly comfortable furnishings, high table. Bathroom access has step up and then bigger step up to toilet, minimal surfaces in BR to place toiletries, good shower. Was clean enough. Surrounding area: steps from a beach but not a usable one for a tourist. A 10 minute walk to a public beach passes several people loitering along the roadside. The area seemed neglected, with old and worn unkempt buildings. Not an area I...

"This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!"
