"We arrived in Nashik and entered the hotel in Google Maps and it said it was 1 hour 55 mins away/85 kilometres away! It is not in Nashik (it's up towards Surat) and is not 10km from the Sula vineyards. Very misleading and frustrating. "

"Stay was good . Resort was very good however for rooms there is no balcony or not even single window - because of which customer is not able to enjoy the nature 2 No hot water to the tab on the basin . "We arrived at 3 pm but the room was unavailable so we had to wait till 4:15 pm to get the room. Although the wait was pleasant enough with snacks, we realised that the reception had forgotten about us and it was only after we approached them again that they ‘remembered’ we were waiting for over an hour! After that initial glitch, the rest of the stay was fabulous! The facilities are exceptional and the service top notch! The staff are gracious and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, as was the pool and gym. Would have definitely been a 5 star rating if not for the check-in incident! "
