Hoteller nær Slammer and Squire Golf Course

"On the surface the place looks fabulous. But since they moved the Hall of Fame it has suffered. The room was dated and smelled but after reading some of recent reviews apparently there all in rough shape. Paint is peeling off the ceiling in bathroom, the furniture is old and falling apart and although the carpet looked clean it smelled. Granted it was a pet friendly room but it need to be cleaned. "Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. "Our 4 day stay was in Room 401. Pet friendly. End of hallway on the fourth floor. I can only describe our stay as frustrating. Firstly, there was no hot water for the first two nights. Then a maintenance crew was sent and the problem was fixed. The telephone in this room did not allow me to communicate with the front desk. The other problem with the room was the humidity factor in the room. Although the A/C ran constantly our clothing felt damp to the touch. That issue was never...

"The room was on the first floor next to the gate , so every time people come in and out I hear the door , room wasn’t clean , my bed fell of and I had to call for help , they charge u extra For new towels and take the trash out , the bedroom didn’t flush properly . Location is 5/5 the rest is not that good ."
