I think when you sell this type of room for 4 people it should have a decent sleep couch - it did not. In fact, it way really unacceptable and for that reason everything else (even if really good and with nice service) it just makes it harder to enjoy when half of the family sleeps poorly.

Hilltop Villas at Bluebeard's Castle
Decay seems to be the state of many hotels in Virgin Islands. Flexibility of getting the room ready sooner than 4pm not available.
