"Erla's house has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. It's close to a town with good restaurants and supermarkets, and some incredible natural places of interest are less than half an hour away. There was a problem with the toilet when we arrived, and within half an hour the host and a plumber were there to fix it! The hot tub is wonderful, the house is cozy and the beds are so very comfortable. I would highly recommend this lovely home in the country. And the views (see photo...

"We are a family of 7 from Denmark, and we had an amacing holiday on Iceland. The lovely house was our base, from where we went on adventures on the west coast. There were several things to explore in the local area too, which made it a good variation in having both days to stay in the house and days, where we went exploring away from the house all day long.
The hot tub was really nice and we used it both in sunny and rainy days - though we were lucky with the weather and only had two days out of...

"We were satisfied with this stay. The kids, 6-38, stayed in the larger house and we stayed in the smaller one. We thought the smaller house was closer to the large one, but it is a little bit down the road. The only comment I will make about the smaller house is that the parking area is up from the house and the path down is very rocky. If you have any mobility issues it would be difficult to traverse. It snowed while we were there and we had to use ice cleats to go up to the car. Overall though...
