"The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet."

"It was a great place to stay. Close to all things you need with either a quick drive or walk. Quite area as well. Overall 10/10!!! Loved the big bathtub and wife loved the shower seat! Definitely worth the price! "

"The property was 10/10 with regard to all I could want. Expertly decorating, walkable location, beachfront and cleanliness. I’ve stayed at many many locations throughout the Topsail and Wilmington beaches and I must say this one is my favorite by far. I will return again and again! "

"Wonderful property. Close to downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, shops and only 10 mins to Wrightsville beach. In a great neighborhood and quiet. Kitchen is amazingly stocked with a wide array of appliances and dishes. Would highly recommend for small families that want to be close to the beach but without all the noise and partying in the evening. "

"Centrally located in Wilmington with easy access to downtown and the beaches. Nice modest property with large yard. Also owner has bikes and boogie boards available for use. Great communication from the start and was able to accommodate changes in our travel times. "

"I highly recommend this property for your stay in the south end of Wrightsville beach. The house was clean and located very close to 2 different beach public access points. Nancy was very responsive to messages and even provided us with links to a variety of local things we needed for my elderly father. The porch with the rocking chairs is where we spent the majority of our time. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn't a lot of traffic. The house has all the appliances you need for your stay...
