"We had a great stay here! Lots of amenities in the VRBO and around it. Its about a 20-30 minute drive to Savannah, which was nice. The kitchen is very minimal, expect to run to the store for cooking necessities, pool towels, and beach chairs if you have more than 2 people staying at the property. I can see how it would be a great place to stay with kids. "

"If you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night, this one fits the bill. However, all the remotes for the tvs were missing batteries, the tv in the master was smaller than a desktop monitor (actually glad it didn't work). No floor towels/mats in the bathrooms, no hairdryer. No lamps in the master. It was just the simple things that were overlooked. But, most disappointing, was the amount that I paid to stay. Way over priced."

"The history of this home is beautiful. Such a convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped. We were disappointed that there was no ice, and took a long time for ice maker to work. The dining room table is very high. The screened in porch was lovely. "

"Host provided good communication for arrival. Descriptions accurate. North end area, walkable to North beaches and lighthouse (10 - 15 minutes). Easy access to Hwy 80. Cottage is a clean functional small space. Kitchenette consists of sink, microwave and small coffee maker. A blender and small toaster oven in cupboard. Living space is cute one-room area. Bed could be improved with a better mattress for better support, foam topper not effective. "
