"Stayso just became one of our favorite hotels. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a happy one, and they succeeded.
They were patient and accomodating.
The property is a little bit away from the main historical sites (about 20-25 minutes by car), but other than that, everything was perfect.
The rooftop restaurant & bar has spectacular views of the city, delicious food, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable.
Our next trip back, we will certainly stay there...

We had booked 2 Premium Rooms - Kingsize Beds - Partial Sea View.
When we arrived at 3 pm to check-in the hotel was overbooked.
We had to wait 3 and 7 hours after check-in until we got the rooms we had booked.
That is simply not acceptable. We were given a cup of tea as compensation.
It ruined our entire experience of your beautiful hotel."
"Really happy with our stay. Lovely hotel, decent breakfast and gym facilities. Nice modern room - only downside is the shower hadn't been cleaned in a while. Hotel staff were pleasant. Location - we didn't explore this area enough but did find some decent places to eat and have baklava which are cheaper than in Sultanahmet. We ended up taking taxis to the more touristy areas throughout the trip. "

"Vi havde Best om en seng til 12 årig. De kom med en vugge.
Vi havde et uheld på badeværelset hvor min dreng kastede op. Vi bad om hjælp, ingen kom op.
Der var badehåndklæder til 2. Vi var 4. Vi bad om 2 mere og der kom ingen.

"We spent one night at Triada hotel, where we arrived in the evening and we were welcomed in the reception with an easy check in and easy payment. There was a guy that helped us with our luggage too. One weird thing was that the hotel was separated in 3 buildings so we were escorted over to another building closer to the walking street and guided up to the 6th floor in the building with elevator. The room was cute and had an antique aesthetic. The view was beautiful of a church just next door. We could not hear any noise from the streets.
I was especially surprised over how big the bathroom was and how clean it was too.
Breakfast in the morning was also in another building on the top floor. Great breakfast - no complaints. It does not present a luxurious breakfast but it is a good breakfast for sure.
