"The property was easy walking distance to shopping and great food. Located right at the falls. Building is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Valet parking was 35$/ day. Parking a short walking distance away, but in an open parking lot is 5$ per day"

"The location right by the river was great. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I wish the water pressure was higher in the shower though. The included breakfast was one of the best ones ever offered by a hotel. If we ever go back to Greenville SC I would definitely stay there again!"

"Great place. Regretted that I had a tight schedule and only had 1 night there. The concept appeals cause you get a full kitchen and even BBQ. The shared bathroom is no problem at all. The fridge contained everything you want for breakfast. It's walking distance to everything in Greenville."

There is coin laundry on site, bending machine for snacks, and free breakfast even very basic but still has Waffle maker. It is not fancy at all. HOWEVER, the environment was very friendly and the front desk staffs were really nice. If you are looking for a fancy place, this may not be the one. However, I felt safe and family like...
