"Very lovely apartment right in the middle of it all in Ortigia "

"We had a great time staying in Fontane Bianche for 1 week. The house is basic but equipped with everything we needed with the sea being just a few steps away. The whole neighborhood is very quiet, it felt like we had our own private bay. Communication with Dario was perfect, he was very reliable and had great recommendations for us. Even when the sink broke he had someone come to fix it the very next day. We would love to come back!"

"Hus og have er perfekt. Udsigten over havet er fantastisk. Her er alt hvad man skal bruge til en dejlig ferie ved havet. Alt er velholdt og rent. Det bedste hus vi har haft på Sicilien, og vi har været er en del gange efterhånden. I Fontane Bianche var der vist ikke gjort klar til sæsonen endnu. Der var der meget affald i gaderne og på standen og ikke særlig pænt."

"Beautiful Villa inside and out, spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, large, private spaces outside. The pool and tennis court were great fun. The beach was stunning and only a few minutes walk away. We found some good restaurants by the sea 10/15 minute walk away. (specifically La Fornace and Onda Blue Isola). 15 minute drive into Ortigia. The host and owner were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We loved it so much we hope to return!"

"Vi havde en dejlig uge i Mariangelas lejlighed, som ligger yderst centralt i Ortigia i en meget hyggelig gade, ud til en lille gård. Lejligheden er funktionel og æstetisk indrettet om møbleret med hensyntagen til den gamle bygning. Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod af Mariangela, og vi kan anbefale denne lille perle til andre, som vil holde ferie i Syracusa."

"My group consisted of myself and my two adult daughters. We loved staying in this house. The location is perfect, very central to everything in Ortigia. The beds were comfortable and the AC was top notch. The only thing that this rental is lacking is a general area to be together, unless you want to sit at the kitchen table. But it’s still 5 stars for us!"

"3 friends in 70s stayed for a week as part of a longer trip to Sicily and Naples. The property is well placed close to the sea and it’s easy to walk to restaurants and other attractions. The accommodation is quite quirky. It’s located over 3 floors and the steps are quite steep and winding so not suitable for very young children or people with mobility problems. We managed just fine and loved the roof terrace, it must be particularly useful in the summer, we were there in February but still got...

"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll. Doch der aktuelle Zustand des Anwesens ist nicht mit den Fotos in der Anzeige vergleichbar. Vor Allem die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt.Die Übergabe des Objektes fand praktisch nicht statt. Der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss - Anwesenheit des Vermieters bzw. schriftliche Instruktionen - Fehlanzeige!!! Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Auf Reklamationen (abgebrochener Duschkopf, aus dem Leim gehende Stühle, Defekte Klimaanlage) wurde gar nicht bzw....

"We were in the apartment for two weeks and loved it. The remodeling of our unit was obviously done with taste and attention to detail. The location could not have been better unless you require a view but we were perfectly happy with “our little courtyard” and the proximity to everything. The only wrinkle was water pressure . "Super hyggeligt lille hotel med den smukkeste havudsigt fra en skøn altan/balkon. Aldrig set noget lignende! Dejligt behagelige senge, velholdte værelser, rengøring i top! Havde booket et single værelse og det var dejligt stort. Højt til loftet. God aircondition. Der er sågar make-up lys på badeværelset! Alt personale var enormt hjælpsomt og så søde! Der bor to dejlige katte nede i receptionen - de tilhører hotellets ejere. Som katteelsker var det en skøn overraskelse at kunne sidde og nusse dem lidt på vej ind og ud. De er meget kælne, men kommer ikke op på værelserne, hvis nogen skulle være i tvivl :) Alle de bedste anbefalinger herfra! "
