Fantastic golf court view villa on Blue Bay

Villa 48 is a stand alone 6 persons villa and is fully equipped. The villa has a lovely large terrace with fantastic view on the golf court and lots of privacy. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is a large living room with sitting area and smart tv, wifi. In addition, there is a complete kitchen with dishwasher, American refrigerator, induction cooking plate, oven and microwave. The living room has French doors to the terrace. The covered terrace offers a lovely sitting area and dining area with fantastic view on the golf court and lots of privacy. Near the villa is a shared swimming pool where you can take a nice dip.


• Living room: large living room with sitting area with smart smart tv, dining area where you can also work, fan and WiFi.
• Terrace: Large fully covered terrace so that you can always find a place in the shade throughout the day. From the terrace you will have a fantastic view on the golf court. There is a lovely spacious sitting area, a dining area, sun beds, hammocks, fans and a Weber gas BBQ.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooking plate, oven and a microwave. Of course, there is sufficient kitchenware and crockery, cutlery and glassware are well stocked.
• Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has smart tv, air conditioning, a fan, a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has air conditioning, a fan, 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has smart tv, air conditioning and a double bed. Bed sheets are available.
• Bathrooms: The master bedroom has its own large bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, shower and sink with furniture. In addition, there is a guest toilet. There are enough towels available.
• Laundry room: there is a laundry room with washing machine.

Blue Bay is a fully gated Golf & Beach Resort with 24-hour security. It is a very safe and child-friendly complex. You have unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities, including the beach, swimming pool, restaurants, bars, playground, dive shop, golf club (for a fee) and tennis courts (for free).

The 18-hole golf course has a great view over the Caribbean Sea and offers a surprising challenge for players of all levels. Along the fairway you will find flamingos, pelicans and the most diverse tropical plants. Between the teeing area and the green of hole 6 you even have to hit the sea.
There is a historic club house, a pro shop and an academy.


Blue Bay Dive offers several unique dive sites, including the 'Wall' and the 'Garden'. At the PADI certified diving school you can take a course and rent your equipment. From the beach you can walk straight into the Caribbean Sea and swim through the bay to the dive sites. Snorkeling is also wonderful on Blue Bay!

About 5 minutes by car from the resort is a large supermarket, where you can buy everything including delicious fresh products.

The resort is 8 km from Hato Airport and 9 km from Willemstad.

Energy and water
The economic use of energy and water is very important to us. That is why we have chosen to charge energy and water separately. The average cost strongly depends on your usage. The air conditioners in particular use a lot of energy. Based on meter readings, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay.
