Spacious Living & Comfortable Bedrooms

The main villa is spread across two levels, with a spacious living area on the ground floor that flows seamlessly into the modern open kitchen. A separate utility area with laundry facilities and a dedicated workspace add to the convenience of your stay.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, provide comfortable accommodation for family or friends.

A fourth bedroom is located in a separate apartment on the property, offering additional privacy and its own distinct living space. With beautiful views of the pool and sea, it is an excellent option for guests who appreciate a little extra independence while staying together.

Blue Bay's beautiful sandy beach is approximately a 5–10 minute walk away. With crystal-clear waters, palm trees and shaded spots to relax, it is an inviting place to spend the day. As a guest of Villa Bocazul 1, you enjoy complimentary access to the beach, including the use of a beach chair. Other facilities within Blue Bay, including the 18-hole golf course, tennis courts and dive center, are also available, with applicable fees charged separately.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
