"Villa Diamantine is truly an elegant, private and spacious villa in a gated community near Orient Beach. We have visited St. Martin a dozen times and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed at. The design, layout, furnishings, art work, pool and landscaping with extensive up lighting is amazing. "The property was wonderfull and despite a couple of electrical issues, when Valerie was made aware, she responded immediately and rectified the situation so all in all a Wonderfull vacation. Can't say the same for VRBO. Valerie graciously offered and refunded a portion of our fees for the minor inconvenience and VRBO apparently took her money but never gave it to us and that is on VRBO, not Valerie. Great property, great owner and would stay there again."

"Great apartment (B-1501) with a stunning view and fantastic location nearby Mullet Bay beach. The staff was kind, and very helpful and quick to respond when requested. The room description on their own website (not hotels.com) was apparently not up-to-date (we were told by the staff) and therefore a bit misleading why some equipment was “missing” (at least according to their website). The drain in the showers smelled a lot some of the days randomly without any known reason. The kitchen could benefit from more cutlery since four people needed to run the dishwasher almost daily. Overall, the apartment was really nice. The obvious reasons for choosing this apartment is the fantastic view and short distance to Mullet Bay beach. "
