We provide 1 parking spot per unit in front of the property for our guests at no additional charge. You have private access to your 1 bedroom /1 bath apartment unit using keyless entry. You are welcomed to enjoy the outdoor patio, jacuzzi spa and grill. The coin laundry is located in the back of the building. Each load is $1.50 in quarters.
Other things to note
We do welcome small furry friends (under 15 pounds) that are trained. We do charge a pet fee per furry friend (maximum 2 pets). Please let us know prior to your booking. Thank you!
