"Property was nice and clean, Hotel staff was great, however i was not aware that the room i booked thru Expedia was privately own and they have their own service which was terrible, no towels, no internet, no room service no tv, etc. Hotel manager was very apologetic but couldn’t help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING unless it specifies that the rooms are privately own and the hotel will not provide any service, it is provided privately by the owner. Terrible experience. 😡😡😡"

Repeated warnings after booking that this was in no way comparable to hotel stay and providing numerous alerts on check-in and checkout restrictions and responsibility for partial laundry duties. Very unwelcoming. This didn’t match overall high price for property. Wi-Fi not included. Marriott staff very helpful despite not directly responsible."

"The ac leaked all over the floor and the floor was popping up due to the water from ac . I also asked for an early check in and never even got a response from them on either problem ! I would not recommend this please and will not be going back to there ! Jack F."

"We booked a room which said it was fit for 3 adults and 1 child. You would think this would mean two beds, it was a queen bed and a thick but narrow pad for the ground. We called the reception and were told that 3 adults normally sleep on the queen bed and the child on the ground pad. What? How is that normal? Weird and uncomfortable situation."

"The ambience was great we even got to see a wedding. The pool was nice especially in the late afternoon it was less people. The workers were very polite and helpful. Just know valet parking is the only option for parking at $48 a night plus a resort fee $50 a night. The wife and I are definitely considering visiting again next year. The Belgrove you rock."
