"This is a beautiful place to stay in Tuscany. It is on top of a hill with great views from much of the property. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice pool. Good restaurant. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth the money. Romantic. We saw people whom we believed to be honeymooners. Also, the breakfast is really good and really nice. You sit on top of the hill looking over the valley while eating a good breakfast. We didn't play tennis, but...

"Fantastisk værtinde, meget opmærksom, hjælpsom og interesseret i sine gæsters velbefindende. Morgenbordet bestod af meget forskelligt hjemmebag, hjemmelavede marmelader mm. Hun hygger meget om stedet. Haveforhold mangler endnu at blive helt færdiggjort. Monte San Savino by er hurtigt overskuet, men B&B-placeringen er god og central for ture i området til fx. Arezzo."

"Located at the country side with a great view. Room pretty basic but clean and tidy. Cannot help to feel the place is over priced and everything seems to be about money. We had to pay instantly up front and when I asked for a second bed sheet (we can't sleep with only 1 bed sheet and it's never a problem anywhere to get a socond one), the owner wanted Euro 5 for 'washing'... not exactly customer service."
