I hope you enjoyed the wine and drinks that we send to you guys ! Construction at our neighbours property is almost complete and they have agreed keep noise down for the remaining of their work Dogs barking happens sporadically and our neighbours sometimes leave their new rescue dog outside at night. We have asked them to keep the dog indoors at night while we have guests at the amazing Villa Namaste. The only room exposed to any potential noise is the upstairs bedroom. This can also be minimized by shutting the bedroom window at night and keeping the AC active. I will be happy to respond to any further questions on this issue.

Thank you for taking the time to write this detailed review. It is unfortunate that you did not love the island as much as we, and our other guests do, and hope you do give it another chance one day. Thank you for raising your concerns with us. - We want you to know that we have addressed Olive's "island mannerisms" with her and going forward she will always arrange a time before arriving. - The rocks and coral on the beach unfortunately are out of our control. Some days the beach is more clear and sandy, however due to the weather, sometimes it is more rocky than other times. This section of the beach is private and not intended for sunbathing, but rather snorkelling and diving due to the beautiful coral reef. If you want to spend time at a white-sand beach in the area, there is one less than 5 minutes away by Buccaneer Bar. - Our unique and exclusive 20x14 foot infinity pool was designed to be a spectacular feature where you can sit on the large and submerged built in benches and stare out at the turquoise ocean. The Caribbean ocean is a stones-throw away from the pool for those who want to swim long distances or exercise. We thank you for listing the places and activities you enjoyed. We have been coming to the island for 30 years, 4x a year and continue to quality test all of the restaurants and activities. It is disconcerting not having wifi connection while on vacation and that’s why we subscribe to the fastest and most reliable internet service available however internet does go down from time to time which is unfortunately out of our control. The area we are located is called Pelican Key and is the most upscale on the island and considered safe however petty-crime happens We were only notified about the attempted-car breakin after the guest left and arrived home after a great trip (according to this guest). We have been unable to locate any police report relating to the attempted car break in. We have been renting exclusive waterfront properties for almost 15 years and spend many months (including dec to march 2021 on SXM and never had any issues. If you have concerns please contact Kim or Sandy and we will provide more clarity. In the meantime st Maarten is doing extremely well and we welcome all guests to visit “the friendly island”

Thanks for taking care of our beachouse and looking after and sharing our piece of paradise. Only when you arrive at the magical Villa Namaste does one realize that you "dont have to leave" . The villa is located right on the ocean facing sunset with a breathtaking view of the ocean. You cant get closer to the aqua waters and the fresh breeze is invigorating ! We look forward to your next trip back ! The infinity pool with submerged benches is a unique feature that we designed for optimal guest relaxation and a perfect view !!

It was a pleasure to host you and your group for 9 amazing sunny fun filled days. The "birds nest" private rooftop add an additional dimension to the experience especially when there is a large group. It provides fantastic views of the Caribbean and sunsets and has completely private acces via the master bedroom The palm trees on the "zenazium" provide the authentic Caribbean feel. We sip coffee up there and do yoga in the mornings and it is truly spectacular. We look forward to hosting you again !
