"Nice place in a great neighbourhood. Walk to the beach and close to Cowes. Everything we needed for a family catch up. The house needs a good clean. Apparently the cleaners came through before us but it didn’t seem like it. The bedding was filthy and the mattresses also. I bought new bedding so my kids didn’t have to use the ones provided."

"We loved the deck with great views and being right on the waterGreat to be in a property that was well stocked with glasses, crockery etc. "

"The house itself was wonderfully positioned for us to use the beach. The house was mostly clean, but some sheets were very thin and one set had stains on them (Photo taken) All the windows need a clean. Kitchen sufficiently stocked with equipment. Dust bunnies under all the couches. Appreciate it is hard to do a full clean with minimum time between customers. We had a lovely Christmas gathering and would recommend to friends. As a professional cleaner, I would be happy to come back and clean all...

"We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the beach and enough bed for 7 kids!! Well set up and peaceful neighbourhood"

"We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor."

"Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean, dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids."

"Great property. Clean great bedding and well appointed"

"Host very responsive, house well equipped and immaculately maintained."

"Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are."

"I was hoping for a great stay, realised when we arrived we have stayed there before - a few years ago and it was pretty average back then but we were hoping to see some great changes. If I realised it was the same villa I would not have booked. On entry the villa still had the same bad smell and as we looked around you could see why. Place really lacked a thorough clean and attention. Dirty, smelly dishes in oven. Dirty grease filled bbq. Every window frame was dirty/mouldy, couch is grotty (I...

"This was the perfect place for our short getaway with our family of 5. Ideally located within a good distance from the main thoroughfare but close enough for a good walk into town. Would highly recommend this listing and look forward to staying another time."

"It was a good stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The property is very nostalgic for those who are from the 80s. May be quite a surprise for the new gen kids, but a good opportunity to explain of the age before the internet revolution. The room up the attic was a thrill for the kids."

"Tutto molto confortevole. Casa wow. Ottimo host. Posto molto bello... Qualità prezzo ottimale Spazi curati e accoglienza familiare."

"The house was better in real life, it was clean & roomy with cute penguin knick knacks placed around. The host was very responsive to questions, it was in a fabulous walking distance to town and to top it off was pet friendly. We absolutely loved our time there. Thank you!"

"House was super cute, felt right at home as soon as we walked in."
