"Property was perfect for our family group of 8. Needs some paint bit overall not bad, especially for the kids. The kids all loved the bunk toom and enjoyed exploring the small brook out back. They really loved the pools and row boats that were included amenities and it made for a perfect break for the adults. Property was convenient to all activities we wanted to do and was nice and quiet, especially at bed time. Definitely would consider another stay."

"This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. Overall our visit was great and we would absolutely return to this home again!"

"If you're looking for a cabin just outside of town but close to the ski resorts, this is a perfect spot. It's kind of dark and stinky, but it's a cabin in the woods. Very little cell service, but awesome high speed internet. New appliances in the kitchen, and they get brownie points for a clean coffee machine. The plow guy showed up promptly in the morning after a big snowstorm. If you're looking for a luxury ski condo, this is not it. If you're looking for a reasonably priced cabin near town...

"We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay."

"Unbelievably picturesque property with an awesome view. Had lots of fun hiking local trails, going out to eat, and just lounging with the whole family on the private riverfront backyard beach. Looking forward to making this a yearly trip!"

"My husband and I and our adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for a weekend in March. We immediately felt welcomed and at home. Great gathering spaces and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Perfect location for those of us who enjoy being away from the crowds, but close to everything you want to do. Lots of natural light and a lovely mountain view."

"We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend."
