"Wonderful place, I'd stay again"

"Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly."

"Fin og rummelig lejlighed. Relativt rent, omend man ikke skal have hvide sokker på på gulvene. Men sengene er alt for bløde. Vi vågnede med ondt i ryggen hver morgen. Og så er det uroligt meget larm om aftenen/natten. Fra gaden og fra lejlighederne omkring en, som bl.a. flyttede rundt kl 4 hver nat og holdte fest i både lejlighed og opgang, mens vi var der. "

"This property is well located in walking distance to all the sites and train station. It sits next to one of Florence’s beautiful bridges. The grocery store is right around the corner. Being able to walk easily to the train station made it ideal for joining travel tours that typically meet there. "The apartment is completely remodeled and very clean. The host provides an ironing board, iron, pans, cups, basically all the basic necessities. There is a washer but keep in mind that it is shared with the other unit the host has next door. The apartment is in a good location, only about a 20 minute walk to the city center and even less to amazing restaurants. I could not give the property all stars because of the noise level outside, specifically at night. Noise during the day is considered...

"Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating.
