"The property was absolutely gorgeous. Amanda was always available by phone but not intrusive. Everything was clean, the shower was clean and comfortable. The grab bar was easily acquired if needed(we're both in our 70's). What we both appreciated was the forest theme with bear and squirrel decorations and pics. The location was conveniently located near our conference in Cooksburg and Sigel. I will request this beautiful cottage in the 2026 Spring Conference. 5 Stars! Don betz"

"The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property.
