"Our stay for our family of 4 at Aninga Lodge was fantastic. The room was clean and convenient. We spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids, they loved it, especially when the monkeys and toucans were hanging out in the trees. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside we found was the transportation between the hotel and Tortuguero town. There is a boat provided for the hotel every few hours, but it isn't often enough to be convenient. Det regner meget, dyrerne larmer om natten , maden er på det jævne, man går i seng og står op med dyrerne. Summen er blot fantastisk. Jeg vil virkelig anbefale dette sted. "

"AC was excellent and much needed in hot, humid climate. Awesome view. Family room was excellent for cost value. Unfortunately, new obnoxious bar next door plays terrible music late into the night. Not the fault of the guesthouse and maybe not an issue mid week. "

"It might not be as fancy as it's neighbouring Resorts but what it lacks in this makes up in Manager & staff friendly, going out of there way to make it a memorable stay. Can't thank the Manager enough, helping us out on tours, getting into town and also connecting us to the next destination, making it stress free and it's just a chilled resort, yes it's basic but we loved it, great little pool which Son made as much use of it as possible and well the wildlife around the resort was just amazing!...

"Casa Marbella was a wonderful place. Very relaxed atmosphere. Tortuguero village is not big, but Casa Marbella is placed central. The rooms are basic, but got everything you need. They provide coffee and tea before early morning tours. There’s a tour guide connect to Casa Marbella, Champer, that can take you on morning boat tour, day hike, night tour, volcano walk - all highly recommended. "This is my second time in Tortuguero but my first at Mawamba. I’d seen the beautiful grounds before and wanted to experience it in person, This is a nature lovers paradise! The grounds are beautifully maintained with native plants, lots of walking trails which are inviting to so much wildlife including toucans, orenpendula, parrots, macaws, red eyed tree frogs and so much more. Tortuguero National Park is a short walk away and I went there often. But I love the tours that Mawamba offers,...

"Petit hôtel familial, chambre correcte .un peu loin du centre mais plus calme ..5mn des embarquements . Accès un peu perturbant car on se perd un peu dans les ruelles du village mais on s’y fait très vite . 3mn de la mer 3mn des restos petit déjeuner simple mais correct . Ambiance très sympa.."

"Tortuguero er et skønt sted, god stemning og hyggeligt rodet. Beach Front var fint nogle steder og slidt andre. Første værelse var med defekt AC og hårtørrer + larm fra tagplader. Næste værelse var bedre. Der er lydt. Søde mennesker og fin morgenmad Central beliggenhed Godt til prisen😊"
