This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. This is the perfect condominium for your Siesta Key vacation. It is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts and the pool. It is also a short walk across the street to the Bays Side, which has a fishing pier, pool and hot tub. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The living room has a large 65" flat screen Smart TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV in the guest bedroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a shower seat, and the guest bathroom has tub/shower combination. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. This open plan beauty has tiles throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
