"This unit was way bigger than I expected. It was located just outside the elevator, laundry and waste room. We brought our elderly mom so this was extremely convenient. The room had everything we needed and more. It had a beach towel for each person that we could use which was amazing because we forgot our own since we were in a hurry. It was in the tall tower close to both pools and the beach. Thank you so much for everything!"

"Perfect location! Condo was perfect for four of us ladies. Beds were very comfortable. The condo had eight beach towels, four nice beach chairs and an umbrella with a wagon to haul rberything to the beautiful beach right across the street."

"The condo was very comfortable for my family to stay in and the view is unbeatable. The only issue with this unit is that it’s located on the second floor right next to the entrance to the beach for all the other residents of the Palm Bay Club and so it can get pretty loud with cars and people coming and going to the beach."

"Beach is top notch. Condo is really nice too. Just be aware that the complex pool is pretty far from the condo ( near the office) if that’s important to you. Also a positive is umbrella and chairs are provided. But they are divvied out each morning so if you want one in the front near the water someone in your group must get in line at 6:30 AM to get one. Overall positive experience."
