Beliggende blandt to gamle banyan træer, The Little Sandy hviler på en stille tropisk gade, fænomenalt placeret kun en blok fra den bedste strand i Amerika! Tag et kig på kortet ... vi er kun 400 meter væk fra adgangen til stranden!

Ikke kun er vi super tæt på stranden, men vi er kun 1. 5 blokke til byen ... tæt nok til at gøre det til en hurtig tur uden at skulle beskæftige sig med folkemængderne hele dagen ... og hele natten !

Indvendigt er de solfyldte værelser smagfuldt indrettede i tropisk chik. Hvide plantage skodder, havskum vægge og en sydvestlig eksponering bade alt i et blødt, smukke sollys.

Der er masser af plads til børnene og det åbne køkken gør måltiderne til en leg. Hi-speed Wi-Fi holder dig i tæt kontakt med resten af ​​verden, men vi fortæller ikke nogen, hvis du slukker det!

2 week family vacation

VK is a kind & receptive host! Location is great! We don’t bring a car. Grocery delivery. Walk to town, beach & playground. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels & wagon provided are very appreciated! Use pool every day & love it! Condo clean & well stocked. We will be back

Little Sandy

Over all the stay was good. The place was able to sleep 6. But I would not suggest 6 adults. The living room area really only sat 3 comfortably. Amenities said there was grill, there was no grill. We picked up are groceries prior to getting to place assuming there was a grill. It was a waste of 150 worth of steaks. The shed that was shown with all the beach stuff no longer exists. We got a wagon and some chairs and an umbrella that was stuffed under the stairs. I do understand they had a hurricane but a grill and beach stuff is an easy fix. Also the pool is not heated (they never said it was I assumed) so the temp was like 68-70 degrees really not warm enough to totally enjoy

Little Sandy

This is a great location for access to the beach and the village! The pool is beautiful and the condo is roomy. We had a problem with the newly installed AC unit but once VK (the owner) was notified of the issue, he contacted the repair company immediately and a leak in the unit was fixed promptly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would plan to stay again if I returned to this piece of paradise!

Family Gathering

We had our children and grandkids to Siesta Key for a family trip. We stayed in another unit last year and loved the Twin Banyon Condos. We were lucky to find VK and Liz’s place above the other unit so everyone was there. This location is great for going the beach and village. It is a fantastic unit with everything that you need. Wagon, chairs, unbrella, beach toys towels…etc…. Beds are comfortable and there is fast internet and a new TV as well. Having a cold 6 pack of Coronas in the fidge was a nice touch after traveling in. VK called when we arrived to check that all was well and gave me an update on restaurants and local shopping. We definitely would stay again.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at the Little Sandy! The location was great. They had a high chair, stroller, and pack n play which was super convenient. They also had chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and wagon which made it easy for a beach day. Only bummer was the pool was still pretty chilly at the end of February. Communication with the host was great. Overall, the place suited us very well and we hope to be back!

Perfect Location!

This place is in a perfect location! Walking distance to the village and also the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The pool out front was nice to jump in after a day at the beach. We had 2 cars and the host did say we could park one behind the other however we had an SUV and a Ford-150 and if we did park one behind the other we would have blocked in the spot next to us (1). Thankfully we had a friend staying in a house nearby with extra sports. So I would say 2 compact cars could fit but not 2 bigger cars. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Excellent Second Floor Bungalow

Our whole family really loved the bungalow layout, really loved the down like comforters, the pool and the convenience to both the beach and the village. The added touches like cold beers in the friedge and a ready guitar on the wall made this a very special stay. Great place

Great location and communication

This was our 6th or 7th vacation to Siesta Key and probably our favorite. Great location with walking distance to beach and village. Very clean property with all the amenities. Nice touches including the microfiber beach towels and the available wagon and umbrellas in the shed made beach days so much better. Excellent communication from our hosts even when we had to reach out with a silly question - response was quick and so nice and patient. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer getaway

My husband and I had an amazing vacation! The owners were easy to contact when needed, the house was beautiful and clean, and it had everything we needed upon arrival (like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.), plus my husband loved the corona in the fridge with limes. That was a great touch! The shower was to die for. Could have stayed in there all day. Loved having the shed with all the beach equipment readily available, and the cart to haul the items made going to the beach a breeze. The walk to the beach took about 5 or so minutes, but wasn’t bad. The beach is breathtaking and worth the hike. Been a bunch of places and have never seen such beautiful water. Town was within walking distance and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Overall experience was great from ease of checkin to having all the items needed for our son and daughter in law to take care of the grand babies. (Pack and play, high chair, bathtub, and now a stroller) Excellent location to walk to beach, walk to village. Didn't really need the cars except for trips into town. Kitchen and linen closet well stocked...loved the Coronas and the microfiber beach towels for a nice touch!

Perfect & lovely

Fantastic little place and couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Barely a walk to the beach and not far from restaurants at all. We had our toddler with us and a high chair and pack-n-play was provided, which was perfect and so appreciated. The beach wagon provided with the property too made hauling stuff to and from the beach easy. Highly recommend and the owners were fantastic with communicating!

Great location!!

I booked this condo for our family of 5 (my husband and 3 kids). I loved that the second bedroom had a bunk bed and also another queen bed. I have 3 spoiled kids that don't like to sleep together! They provided many extras like: dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, and paper towels. The condo is in an excellent location, the beach is just across the street and the village is only about a half mile down the road. They also provide a shed full of beach equipment, it was very nice to have everything we needed for a beach day since we flew and didn't bring anything with us. The condo is located on the second floor and you have to go up one set of steps. This was no problem for us, but if you have limited mobility this might be a problem. My kids loved the pool. The complex only has 6 condos in it and both times we were at the pool they had it to themselves. We loved the condo and the location and would definitely stay here again. VK was great at keeping us informed of everything before, during, and after our stay!

Little Sandy - you get what you pay for

Locations within walking distance to the SK village and the beach have gotten expensive and Little Sandy reflects it. This small 2BR condo didn't quite live up to our expectations. One small bathroom for two bedrooms with marginal beds. Laminate flooring throughout. Kind of dated and overdecorated with plastic plants and dozens of sea-inspired TJ Maxx wall decorations. The owners are very solicitous and will inundate you with friendly e-mail messages before, after and during your visit. At the end of the day though, this is just a small, spiffed up 50's condo unit, accessible with stairs only and on the second floor of a small condo complex. Your front-door balcony is 20 feet away and overlooks the pool of a new, very large 5BR, 5BA rental and we were super blessed that the three loud party families left the day after we arrived. Positives: 2BR, location and front yard pool.

Best experience ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Little Sandy. It was super clean and decorated so beautifully. VK has truly thought of everything. The location is ideal- super short walk to beach access 9 and town. The beach is stunning. Lovely pool area with warm water and outdoor tables and deck chairs. The outdoor shower by the pool was a bonus. Sadly we had to shorten our stay due to inbound Dorian and VK was super understanding and accommodating under the emergent circumstances. Such a great host!!! I will certainly recommend The Little Sandy to all my friends looking to vacation in Siesta Key.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had such a great time in Siesta Key and this place did not disappoint! The location was perfect - just a minute from the beach and a few minutes from the village. It was equipped with everything we needed, was updated, and clean. The owners had stellar communication and were on top of it! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Siesta Key!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Excellent property with superior communication

Perfect Vacation for the family

We really enjoyed our vacation here at twin Banyan condominium. Our family of five stay for nine days. The place was well-kept, the pool was amazing and the short quick walk to the village and the Siesta Key page was just Perfect. If there was only one thing I could recommend it would to be to have a pizza cutter and change the mattress on the main bedroom it's extremely uncomfortable. Other than that everything was exceptional!

Perfect stay at a perfect spot on a perfect island!

Perfect getaway from Nebraska winter. Close to beautiful beaches, lots to do if you want, or just relax at beach or pool. Condo was newly redone. Clean and fresh. Had one small issue with the unit, It was handled immediately with no inconvenience to us. Very impressed with the management. I have no hesitation in recommending Little Sandy.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

I was really impressed with The Little Sandy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests (early check in, late check out, etc.) and also provided a great guide of the area. The condo was the perfect size and gave off a cute beach vibe. The location is IDEAL! Walking distance to the beach (2 minutes) and to downtown (10 minutes). I was with a group of 7 girls and we never once needed to get an Uber or taxi to get around. If you are looking for a fun downtown area and a great beach option for during the day this is the perfect spot!!
