Modern, light-filled 2/2 Condo

Come enjoy a relaxing tropical holiday at this modern, light-filled condo situated directly across from beautiful Siesta Beach. The spacious living area includes 2 large balconies with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders to open wide and let the fresh Gulf breezes flow through. There are 2 large bedrooms~one with a king size bed and the other with 2 twins and 2 full baths. A queen air mattress, Pack-n-Play and High Chair are also available upon request.
The condo includes everything you need to make your vacation as accommodating as possible including a fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets & cookware, new linens, interior laundry, free private high-speed internet, 3 TVs and a closet full of beach necessities and the wagon to transport them with.

E102 at Our House at the Beach is in the East tower on the 1st floor, up one flight in the elevator. On-site amenities include a large heated pool with adjacent covered pavilion for grilling with outdoor seating. tennis courts, designated covered parking spot & ample guest parking.
Not only is it the only beach on Siesta Key that is lifeguard protected, it's also very conveniently located to most everything. No need to drive and fight for parking. Take the free trolley(running every 20-30 minutes) to Siesta Village just less than a mile away for a variety of restaurants, boutique shops, bike/watersport rentals and nightlife.
It is only 7 miles to downtown Sarasota. There you will find popular area attractions such as Mote Marine Aquarium, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens(flamingos galore!) and the Ringling Museum & Art Gallery. Cultural opportunities include the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the Asolo Reperatory Theatre.
For those who enjoy State Parks and, in particular, alligators in the wild, try Myakka River State Park. You can take a narrated boat trip to see alligators. Tram rides & bike rentals are also available.

Perfect, central location. 1 mile walk to village, 1 mile walk to south bridge restaurants and right across the street from public beach. Condo was so clean and very comfortable for relaxing at night! Beach chairs and wagon were a nice plus. The hosts were easy to get a hold of, even of Christmas Day when we were checking in! Thank you for letting us stay and can’t wait to come back

Our week long stay at the condo was great! The hosts were fabulous and welcoming. The condo itself was clean, spacious for 4 and in a great location, so close to the beach and a short trip into the village by foot or vehicle. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip in Siesta Key, without hesitation. Thanks for hosting us!

Excellent Stay

We had a great time. You cannot beat the location, you cross the street, walk through the beach parking lot and you’ve reached the sand. This was our first time and we had a blast. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball as well. We reserved the propane grill and cooked out by the pool one evening. Everyone we met was nice and loved the condos. The beach supplies were very convenient and much needed since we flew in. We used the trolley to get to the village, turtle beach and Lenny’s pizza. It was perfect for our boys (8 & 5).Thank you!!!

Great Stay

This unit was just as advertised! Clean, well supplies and location to the beach was excellent, it was everything we were looking for! Gail was a very responsive and considerate owner! We would highly recommend you to consider this property if you’re planning a trip to Siesta Key.

Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our week in Siesta Key. Everything was spotless and just as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking easy. The location was great and a short walk to the beach. Gail was responsive and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Siesta Key beach visit

Fantastic condo directly across street from main public beach parking lot. Nice to sit on the first floor balcony after a day at the beach and enjoying the beautiful sunset then watch the mass parking lot exodus and traffic jam while we are already home.

Great stay

This is our second time to stay at this property. It’s a great location. Across the street from the beach & a mile from The Village. We enjoyed a great stay with friends & family near by, and loved the restaurants in the vicinity. A wonderful visit. We hope to return next year!!

A wonderful getaway

We had a lovely stay at Siesta Key Beach and Gail was a wonderful hostess. She prepared a list of tips for dining options and was very service oriented. The condo was beautiful and a super location. 5 min walk to Siesta Key Beach and the condo also provided beachchairs, umbrellas and so on. There was also a trolley stop right outside the building. All in all an excellent stay!

Wonderful!

To start, the property owners were so very kind and accommodating, the location is perfect. Directly acrossed the street from the Main Beach! The condo pool was a great temp and very clean, kids loved it! This condo was perfect, stocked with every single thing you will need from kitchen aids to beach towels to beach chairs, they graciously offer it all. Thank you for an A+++ vacation in your villa❤️

2024 vacation getaway

We stayed here with our two children and would definitely recommend. Gail was very responsive before, during and after our visit. Condo was clean, had everything we needed and more. It was a short walk across street with great beach access. Free trolly was right outside the condo which was great and didn't have to worry about finding a place to park. Thanks for the stress free place away from home.

Great condo!!

It has everything you need for a great vacation!! The kitchen is fully stocked so you have no problem cooking meals if you want to stay in. I was please with the items provided for days on the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels ect…. The pool and grill are great. The owners met us at the property to give us the keys. They showed us around and explained everything we would need to know for our stay. We would visit again.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! The park and beach directly across the street and the pool right out the condo were key for a successful vacation with 2 kids (ages 4 and 6). It was clean, fully stocked with all the beach items and the personal check-in were added bonuses. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Condo

This was a great condo and a great location only steps away from Siesta Key Beach. Gail and H are great hosts and are quick to respond to any questions. It was nice to be able to meet Gail at the condo for check-in. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen as well as items for the beach. I would absolutely stay here again! Hoping to be back soon!

A Perfect Place

Great Location

Nice 2 bed, 2 bath condo in great location across the street from Siesta Beach and walking distance to Siesta Village. Both places are where the action is on Siesta Key. The condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach and the area. Balcony has nice sunset views.

Amazing Property, Beautiful Location

My family and I had not been to Siesta Key before last week, but had heard great things so we booked Gail and H's place for Christmas week. I'm so pleased with the location and the timing, but most of all with the property. This condo is spotless, fully equipped and exactly as advertised. Check in was in person ... such a classy touch ... and communication throughout was immediate and professional. Will definitely look to return.
