Located across the street from Siesta Key beach through a private access point, this is a two bedroom condo with a screened in lanai overlooking a pond and banyan tree. Take advantage of the quartz sand on the #1 rated Siesta Beach, enjoy fishing, kayaking, dolphin tours, boating or just soak up the sun. POOL CLOSURE:
The pool by the bay will be closed Aug 18 - Sept 24 (weather permitting) as they start their paving project. The other pool by the office will still be open for guests.

ROADWORK RESEALING:
The complex is resealing the main road throughout the property. Work is scheduled for Sept 22-25, 2026 (weather permitting). One side of the road will be done at a time. Each side will take 2 days to dry. Parking and accessibility will be affected.

Parking passes: 1 parking pass is provided. There is a fee for extra parking passes.
