Peaceful Intercoastal Waterfront Pool Home w/Dock, Walk to America’s Best Beach

Welcome to this 5 bedroom Private grand estate directly on the Grand Canal with 228 feet of water frontage in the heart of Siesta Key. This house is well appointed and amazing for couples, families, and group trips. Walk or bike to Siesta Beach and Siesta Key Village.

The location of this house offers not only privacy and views but walking distance to Siesta Key beach voted the best beach in America. Siesta Key Village is also walking distance with great restaurants, bars, shopping, and more.

The backyard oasis is ready for fun. The waterfront view pool is heated, there is an outdoor shower, fire pit area, and brand new top of the line huge bbq. There is all new outdoor furniture including lounge chairs, dinning area, and umbrellas. We have all brand new outdoor friendly melamine plates and glassware please do not use real glassware by the pool.

Home layout:
Walk into the comfortable and calm living area with great Wi-Fi and TV living room has views of the intercostal. On this main level there is bedroom 4 with a king size bed and on suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is also on the main level this serves as a bedroom/ bunk room and a great hangout space with bifold doors that open to the outside. Bedroom 5 has amazing views of the canal. The main level also features and powder room and laundry room. A few steps down and there is a Dinning room overlooking the intercoastal canal. There’s is a an eat in kitchen with sliding doors to the back yard. If you go to the second floor of the house there we have bedrooms 2 and 3 as well as bathroom 2. The master bedroom and bathroom is a few more stairs up from the second level.

Bedroom Layout:
Bedroom 1:
Upper Level Master King size bed, double wide down filled chaise lounge, private terrace, and a desk area with a printer and a 55” TV. Master Bathroom has double sinks, bath tub, and walk-in shower. Chaise lounge would also work for a child to sleep. This bedroom has views of the intercoastal.

Bedroom 2:
King size bed bedroom has view of the pool.

Bedroom 3:
King size bed, and 2 down filled sofas great for children to sleep on and a 55” TV. This bedroom has views of the pool and the intercoastal.

Bathroom 2:
Shared bathroom for bedroom 2/3 tub shower, toilet, vanity, linen closet.

Bedroom 4:
King size bed with en suite bathroom

Bathroom 3:
Bathroom en suite for bedroom 4 has a tub shower with vanity and toilet.

Powder room off the living room with bidet.

Bathroom 4:
Brand new jacuzzi tub and steam shower with double vanity and bidet.

Bedroom 5:
Carriage room with 2 day beds that convert into kingsize beds. Foldaway ping pong table and additional card tables for entertainment. Large 65” TV, bifold doors open to the driveway area with amazing views of the intercoastal.

The kitchen has a great view out to the 2 story lanai covered pool. Appliances included full size refrigerator, freezer, electric stove and oven. Nespresso coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker. Plates, silverware, pots, pans, silverware, knives, glasses, etc.. all new within this year. Heavy duty melamine plates and glassware for the pool area.

There is an indoor Laundry Room with industrial size washer and dryer, pods and fabric softener included.

Beach Gear available towels, chairs, bags, coolers, and umbrellas all from Business and pleasure. Also available additional chairs and beach toys.

Check-in/ Check-out

Check-in is at 4pm on your scheduled day of arrival. If you have any issues at check-in please contact us as soon as possible, within 12 hours, so we have an opportunity to correct them and make your stay more enjoyable.

Check out is at 11 AM on your schedule day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Please be respectful of this check out time as it may take the cleaning crew several hours to get the home ready for the next arriving guests.

Notes and House Rules:

Private gate to driveway of house with parking for up to 3 cars. Please do not park on the street for the neighbors.

Trash Pick up is Wednesday afternoons

No parties please this is a family home and the neighbors around us are full time residents.

No smoking of any kind please.
