We spent 3 days for my husband's 50th Birthday with family and friends. The house was spacious and comfortable. Nice modern furnishings, beautiful rooms, enough space for 20 people. Pool was lovely. Walking distance to the beach. We had a microwave that didn't work which was replaced immediately by the concierge service that checks in with you by text and phone, at a minimum daily. We probably would have liked some sort of electronic bug repellent but the pool but otherwise great. The concierge service was very responsive. I would say when there is such a large party staying we may need a few more trash bags but there are grocery stores and multiple amenities very close by to the house so it wasn't an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfy and stylish! Would definitely recommend.

Great house with so much room. Couches aren’t great but house is large and clean. Make sure you buy paper towels and salt and pepper. Zero supplies.

Pros: Location is fantastic! A literal 6 minute walk to Crescent beach, several great restaurants, donut shop, ice cream shop, gift shops, and market to pick up necessities. The 9 king bedrooms all with bathrooms were absolutely perfect for us all to spread out and have our own space. Plenty of common areas to gather as well. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to make meals. Pots, pans, and plenty of utensils, dishes, and glassware. Even a blender and crock pot. Air conditioning worked great! Garage has plenty of beach chairs and even a buggy to tote them to the beach. Don't even have to pack beach towels as they have plenty of those as well! We did have a few issues when we first checked in. The garage door didn't work properly and the ice maker didn't work at all. Trash cans outside were all full and we had no room on the first night for trash. However, I am putting that in the "Pros" because the management company was on it quickly, fixed the door, and cleaned out the trash. Ice maker needed more time so they very kindly brought us bags of ice as needed.Cons:Game room was cool, but the big game hunter game didn't work at all and several of the games on the other two machines also wouldn't load.Major con:It was such a shame we couldn't bear to be out in the beautiful yard because of the bugs. We were all completely covered in bites after one day even after bug spray. Asked if management could spray the area and they said no. That issue should be addressed.

The property was as advertised. It’s close enough to one beach but a drive from the nicer options. The property is nice, the kids enjoyed the pool. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues when we arrived but they sent a repairman immediately. Only minor annoyance was small biting black bugs around pool area at night.

More amazing than expected !

This place was incredible! Even better than we hoped for — super clean, beautifully decorated, and really well designed. The house had tons of space, great furniture, and everything was brand NEW! The pool, hot tub, and outdoor setup were amazing and made it hard to leave! Plus, it’s a very short walk to the beach, dining, entertainment, and even the trolley that takes you to the Village. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. We had an awesome stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Not as advertised

We were really looking forward to our stay as it was the first time in a few years my whole family would be together. We thought this place was going to be just right with the age ranges staying with proximity to beach and pool. Upon our arrival the elevator did not work, which was a disappointment for my 80 year old grandmother having to manage the stairs. The elevator was fixed two days later. The pool and hot tub worked the first night and next morning, but 80% of the remaining days the hot tub continued to drain and did not remain heated. The pool also did not heat as well. Having small children led to be a problem. When reaching out to management they replied, “the pool company thought this may occur until the part was in to be fixed”. This was not brought to our attention anytime prior to our arrival. This would not have been as big of a deal if we did not have small children and one main reason for booking was for the pool. The house also had a putt putt green but no putters. I reached out to management and they said we would have them the next day but never received during our stay.
