    Unit 311 is decorated in a coastal style with calming colors, cozy furniture and seaside decor. This two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and can sleep up to six people with a king-size bed in one bedroom and both a twin-size bed and full-size bed in the other bedroom. In addition, there is an air mattress available in the unit for extra comfort during your stay.

Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was exceptionally nice. Very clean and newly remodeled. However the security guards and front office people were not helpful and not willing to take care of the problem with damage being done to the property. Their solution was to not allow anyone to rent again for the next year. I would never stay there again because of the management.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is freshly updated and has a welcoming modern beachy vibe. While we were visiting we had new window treatments installed and a new fridge arrive so we had to wait on these installers/delivery people which wasn’t ideal during our vacation. The new fridge does not have an ice maker so that was an issue. The dryer in this unit does not dry - so we had to leave our beach towels outside to dry. The double bed in the guest bedroom needs a new mattress. This unit is in an ideal location in the building. We have already booked for next year but we are trying out another unit. Would absolutely stay in this unit again, it was functional and well maintained overall. To HOTS Properly Mngt - maybe it’s time to ban smoking around the pool area???

The red tide at the beginning of the week was a little challenging but they worked to keep the beach clean for us. Our accommodations were really nice and we enjoyed our time there.

Spacious, comfortable condo

The seating in the living room is comfortable although we miss the chaise lounge that has been replaced by an uncomfortable chair. The kitchen is adequate as are the beds. My sister said the double in the 2nd br is too hard. The only thing we didn't like was the extra charge for the extra car-- there were plenty of empty guest spots.
