Denne enhed har netop haft en større renovering, herunder en helt ny åben grundplan med en forstørret stue og et mere rummeligt køkken. Du vil finde nye granit bordplader i køkkenet og badeværelserne, alle nye gulve med neutrale fliser i de fælles områder og nyt tæppe i begge soveværelser. Begge bade har smuk flise surround (master med walk in shower og hall bad med badekar / bruser med glasdør). I det store rum nyder det nye spisebord med plads til seks og komfortable opholdsstue møbler sammen med et stort fladskærms-LCD-tv, Blu-ray-afspiller og stereo / cd-afspiller. Der er gratis trådløs internetadgang over hele hotellet. Begge soveværelser har fladskærms-tv. Der er en konge seng i soveværelset, to dobbeltsenge senge i gæstesoveværelset og en hide-a-seng i stuen. Slap af og nyd den fantastiske udsigt over stranden og vandet fra balkonen, som kan prale af et gårdhavebord og fire stole og to komfortable chaiselonger. Pleasantly surprised!

We were so excited to see the new sofa, huge TV, and patio furniture! We LOVED #308 It felt like home. The location is superb. The pool was crystal clear, & the beach was breathtaking. We would love to book again! We wrote in the memory book as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. Everything is updated and well maintained. My only complaint is regarding the beach chairs. I feel like if the condo sleeps 4 and we have stated 4 of us are staying there- we should be allowed to have 4 chairs in a row together on the beach. Not 2 of a certain color, then 2 more that we have to carry ourselves. Also we had friends staying across the hall from us. We were told we could not move our chairs to sit in a group with them.

Was a struggle to get them to work and heard several others grunting when trying to get in as well. Other than that its a great place and will go again someday!

Our main complaint is that the area rug and sofas could benefit from a good cleaning. The kitchen had everything you need except maybe a large coffee maker. (To be fair it has a four cup coffee maker and a Keurig but a larger one would have been helpful with 4 adults occupying the condo). The main space is pretty large and has plenty of seating (it is set up differently than pictured). The view wasn't so great but it was convenient to the beach and some local restaurants.

The complex is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and stores and just a short drive to the village. The unit was clean and comfortable. An A/C issue was quickly addressed by management. We would gladly stay here again!

Siesta Key Beach

Great Beach, not crowded at all this time of year. Condo was perfect for my wife and our friend. Easy access to the beach, usually had the pool to ourselves.

Great location t near amenities but most importantly the best beach & pristine white sand.

The condo has all that you need for a perfect getaway! The decor is beachy and has all the modern conveniences for your stay. Close proximity to restaurants and nightlife as well as access to resort transportation to the Village. Walking distance to all that you need or access to public (free) transportation. Property has something for all ages: game room, tennis courts, private beach and rooftop patio with amazing views for sunset.

I don't really understand the "no tent" rule for the beach. We rented umbrellas, but a tent is better for my elderly mother. The beach is beautiful and we love House of the Sun. The unit we stayed in was okay. It could use some furniture updates.

Nice stay

Property was nice. Umbrella rental was annoying for the price and the fact that you could not bring your own. Support for minor repairs in unit was excellent. Check out was tough waiting on elevator and sharing with housekeeping trying to turnover all the rooms. Overall great week:)

Beds are comfy, as is the sofa bed. All furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything we needed, the pool is nice, and the beach is absolutely beautiful.
