"Am besten nicht über Expedia buchen, da der Inhaber die Unterkunft hier nicht selber angeboten hat. Der Inhaber war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns trotzdem übernachten lassen. Auch die anderen (Langzeit-) Bewohner waren super freundlich und offen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und sauber. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 20 Minuten. "

Gardens are unattended to, parking is not secure, the bar/store across the street has people drinking and/or passed out on the benches. It was convenient to get ice though! "We booked this house for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone, and lots of extras were provided…beach chairs and mats,towels, and sand toys. There were goggles for the pool and sunscreen and mosquito prevention. It’s a bit tricky to get to, because it’s up pretty high, but the view is awesome. The host, Jens, was very responsive to any questions we had. We love the area of Ojochal/ Uvita so this was perfect.
