"Quaint property offering peace and quiet in the Tuscany foothills. The food is excellent and the staff is more than willing to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We spent one afternoon by the pool in a luxurious cabana. For those traveling with large groups, keep in mind this is a smaller boutique hotel that is a 10-minute taxi ride to the town of Siena & you must make dinner reservations each night as they account for food quantity. The staff truly made our stay memorable!"

"We had the most amazing time in an outstanding villa with stunning views and sunsets. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, plenty of areas to eat outside, a large shared swimming pool that was never busy and beautifully tended gardens. Honestly the best villa we have stayed in. Perfect for 6 to 8 people and everything you need provided to cook in or bbq. It’s a 10 minute drive down a dirt track but worth it! Great villages nearby and close to Siena and Florence (1 hr by car). Thank you...

"Stayed the first week of October 2024. We had a very busy schedule so didn’t get to meet our host Simona but we communicated very well via What’s app. The villa is really beautiful, very convenient to Siena and the rest of Tuscany. Hertz rented us too large of an SUV, parking spaces around Tuscany are really really tiny. Also do some research beforehand regarding driving in Italy, it really paid off for us. The Salumeria is very close to the villa and Conad supermarket is a short drive away....

"Lovely property in a 13th century convent. Situated on a hill overlooking a valley. Family owned, very sweet staff. Visitors (esp Americans) should know the owners speak little to no English, so come with your google translate or try and learn a little Italian prior. One major thing I learned in Italy is the importance of communicating your arrival plan with your host prior to arrival as many establishments are family owned and operated. "fint, std værelser. Efter morgenmaden opdager vi at vinduer er åbnet, på trods af vi ikke har sat rengøring ønsket skilt på. Ingen parkering i nærheden. Ztl område tæt på, de ønsker ikke klager, så tænker flere turister guides forkert gennem byen via maps. God varieret morgenmad, stort udvalg "
