"I used to love that hotel but the service and food quality dropped significantly. The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. Instead of fresh squeezes they offer packages juices that taste like plastic. In the whole hotel there was no US outlet adapter, all the room outlets don't work for US electric devices or electronic charges. The quality dropped significantly after management change. "Rixos is great hotel with great view. However, the hotel is super crowded and still accepts guests from outside, almost 4000 people inside and still accepts guests from outside, putting pressure on workers and the residents. I couldn’t find space on the beach nor any restaurants and guests start to fight with the workers if we reserve tables. The whole experience was really bad. I am paying a lot of money and not getting the service I need which basically some peace of mind!!!! I wouldn’t...
