"The main complaint is about the dogs that bark all night long and they’re very violent and aggressive dogs that are so loud that they wake you up all night long!!! Also the room that’s upstairs has no bathroom so you have to walk all the way down and around just to take a pee in the middle of the night"

"Location was right at the heart of Gen Luna so it's accessible and close to shops, restaurants and bars.
Not too much to expect from the room. it just doesn't look the same as the pictures displayed on the website."
