"The hotel is an older building, nice and cozy. The best part is their customer service they go out of their way to help you. It was our first day in China and they were so kind to us and help us to get around and to use all the apps properly. The rooms had a nice shower and the rooms had everything you need."

We requested extra cloth hangers in room, our 2 rooms close together and also pickup from airport with number of people and our flight information, because we would arrive late. When we came to airport there was no one to pick us up and when we called the hotel they said they didn’t get our email. When we arrived to hotel the reception said that our room had extra hangers but...

"This is a lovely hotel with loads of character. The room we had was spacious with a separate seating area. The breakfast was OK, nothing special but it was fine. They say it starts at 7:30, but we went down earlier one day as we wanted an early start and others were already eating.
It’s a shame that the spa is permanently closed.
It’s not easy to find initially!"

"Good location, shopping area just adjacent to hotel. Easy check in. Staff manner and responses were good. Room was spacious and clean, but bed a bit hard and pillows too soft. Need to improve sound proofing between rooms (the neighbouring room was too noisy at midnight, but glad that the hotel staff quickly managed the situation then)"
