"The room was spacious and clean and had great amenities. Staff are friendly. I didn’t find the location very convenient to get around though. The automated toilet was also very annoying to use and I had to turn it off everytime I used it. "

"It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded"

"4 days before arrival we get an email from hotel about special requirements for the room incl. transfer from airport. We requested extra cloth hangers in room, our 2 rooms close together and also pickup from airport with number of people and our flight information, because we would arrive late. When we came to airport there was no one to pick us up and when we called the hotel they said they didn’t get our email. When we arrived to hotel the reception said that our room had extra hangers but...

"They charged 500 rmb in deposit for the hotel room, which is still not returned one month after of our stay. Have contacted the hotel serval times, every time we’ve told that they will fix it. But still nothing happen."
