"The house is great, spotless and a great location in the middle of Arundel, so close to everything and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.Communication was top notch."

The carpets hadn't been vacuum and the tiled floors were sticky. The leather settee and chairs were cracked and grimy. The bed linen was clean but old and faded. Uncomfortable old matressess.
