"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. I booked two rooms, one of which accommodated three people. The room featured sliding doors separating the master bedroom from the sofa bed, which offered privacy for my parents — a thoughtful and practical design.
Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The minibar was well-stocked, and the hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay....

The room and hotel were clean but state of flooring and bathroom was poorly maintained. Biggest shock was the door frame that was breaking apart when opening/ closing the main doors- quite a shock when staying in São Paulo where safety should be one of the priorities."

Quarto limpo, silencioso, café da manhã ótimo.
A única coisa e que esqueceram de deixar papel higiênico, mas acredito que foi uma casualidade!

"Fiquei hospedada por 6 dias, foi muito tranquilo, pessoal do hostel é muito amigável, todos sempre dispostos a ajudar!! Dona Selma é muito gentil e ajuda muito a gente! O local é bem tranquilo e fiquei muito confortável no ambiente!! Tanto funcionários quanto hóspedes foram muito legais comigo! Com certeza volto mais vezes! "

"We booked a room for 4 people but there were only sheets and blankets for 2 people. We requested more and got some sheets, but we never had an extra blanket. The room was quite cold so we had a cold night. The location is really good, and the rooms are clean. However its a bit noisy. THe breakfast is very good."
